“Luv Goon” by Puro Instinct
Puro Instinct (formerly known as Pearl Harbor) makes some catchy songs which, to me, come as a bit of a hybrid between the washed out sounds of Real Estate and the jangly C86 and dream-pop/shoegaze bands of the 1980’s. This great track is off their Something About the Chapparals EP.
The band is comprised of sisters, Piper and Skyler. Piper is in her early twenties, and Sky is 14 years old. Seriously. Check out more tunes over on their bandcamp page.
